Dragron Guardians
Oarcres has Dragon Guardians. There is one Dragon Guardian for each Kingdom. Dragon Guardians Protect their kingdom and Oarcres itself from all evil that threatens Oarcres's life. To be a dragon guardian, the dragon must be any non-chromatic, Great Wyrm Dragon. Dragon Guardians can have chromatic Dragon Followers, though. When a Dragon Guardian dies, it's kingdom becomes a "free space" for other Dragon Guardians from other kingdoms to conquer. When a new Dragon Guardian gets there first, the kingdom is now under control by the New Dragon Guardian's kingdom. All those in power from the dead Dragon Guardian's kingdom are either demoted or whatever the new ruler of the kingdom decides to do with them. Claiming a dead Dragon Guardian's kingdom is considered shamefull, selfish, and show norespect to the dead Dragon Guardian, to all other Dragon Guardians. NOTE: DRAGON GUARDIANS DO NOT OWN THE KINGDOM THEY INHABIT, THEY SIMPLY PROTECT IT AND KEEP BALANCE WITH THE WOLRD. Dragon Guardians cannot start wars with other Dragon Guardians to gain that Dragon Guardian's kingdom without getting the C*** kicked out of them by the Greatest of all Dragon Guardian's, Dakoktra the Pure. They can't interfere with wars between kingdoms that don't involve them or will have little effect on spreading pure evil throughout Oarcres. Every several years, the Dragon Guardians will meet at Sepelo (the zaratan with the temple of planeswalking on it's back.) to discuss on what is occuring in oarcres and what they can change.
